Preventing Dating Abuse
The second annual Lillian Smith
will be Saturday, Nov. 13 behind the
Kroger Food Store on Arista Dr.
The 5K Race & 1K Walk/Fun Run will
both begin at 9 am, with racers, fun
runners and walkers lined up in that
order at the starting line on Arista Dr.
The course will be up Summer Lee Dr.
(behind Presbyterian Hospital) to
Fox-Chase Park, right on Tubbs Rd to
Buffalo Creek and back to Arista Dr.
There will be trophies for the top male,
female and master's division winners,
plus medals for the top three finishers in many age groups and ribbons for all children.

The online pre-registration fee is $25 per adult and $10 per child (8-12) through Midnight, Nov. 11. Fees on Race Day are $30 for adults and $15 for children, 8-12. Children 7 and under are free.
Families of 3 or more members may register for just $50 in advance or on Race Day.
Teams of 6 or more members can register for $20 each prior to the event.

Title sponsor Rockwall Walmart Supercenter will provide free water, energy drinks, fruit and snacks for everyone who attends the event, as well as door prizes for participants.
